I have a pregnant friend who is having a hard time finding healthy foods that are both appealing to her and easy to prepare. Any and all ideas are appreciated!

right now I can barely eat anything my sickness is so bad! But healthy things I liked pre- pregnancy were apple slices and pb, cottage cheese and peaches and I always carry a bag of mixed nuts and dried fruit in the car.

my gfriend is so worried at the moment. Thinking to buy some tests… but she doesn’t want to take it. Would like to most of the early signs.
Her cycle is also supposed to be this week.

The signs can be the same as PMS so really the only way to know is wait for the missed period and test.

So my friend who is 14 thinks she might be pregnant . She had sex (for the first time) about a week ago unprotected and she has some signs of pregnancy . She spotted, she has food cravings, and morning sickness . So please what are signs of early pregnancy and can she go ahead and do a pregnancy test or is it still too early ?

Here’s a photo of the first four prints I made from the preceding Hera lino. First up, bog-standard white sketchbook paper, then three sheets of banana paper of different colours with varying levels of success. The prints got a bit better after these, but you’ll have to wait ’til tomorrow to see them…
